Rangers still pursuing Mench

T.R. Sullivan of MLB.com is reporting that the Rangers are talking with outfielder Kevin Mench about joining the team on a minor league contract with an invitation to Spring Training, but they first want to know if he would accept going to Triple-A if he weren’t to make the team out of camp.
We first talked about the Rangers interest in Mench about a week ago, but it seems as if the Royals have started pursuing the veteran outfielder, as well.
