The Orioles in talks with Trachsel

The Orioles have spoken with representatives of Steve Trachsel about bringing the veteran back to the team. With Bedard now in Seattle, the Orioles are looking to add a veteran pitcher to help guide their young pitchers, such as Troy Patton, Garrett Olson, Matt Albers and Hayden Penn, as they compete for a rotation spot this spring. The Baltimore Sun lists Josh Fogg as another candidate to fill the role.
