Capuano opts for rehab over surgery

Earlier in the week, Chris Capuano was diagnosed with a torn ulnar collateral ligament, which would have required a second Tommy John surgery for Capuano. However, after his visit with Dr. James Andrews, he will now try to rehab the elbow for the next month.

Andrews, who did Capuano’s first Tommy John surgery, performed an MRI on his elbow and advised against surgery, for now, and instead try to rehab the elbow.
